手作りランチを楽しむことにしました。✨

普段よりも出汁にこだわりました！

平日は、家族で食べる🥣料理に時間をかけることが出来ないので、休日は出汁から！和風パスタ！🐟

主役はアサリ。

新鮮なアサリをたっぷり使って、旨味たっぷりの出汁を楽しみました。✨

この香りがもう、たまりませんね。

それに加えて、イタリアンパセリと、仕上げに絞ったレモン🍋がパスタ全体を爽やかに引き立て、さらに美味しさが広がります✨

アサリの旨味とレモンの酸味が絶妙に調和して、シンプルながら贅沢な一品に仕上がりました。

この組み合わせ、意外にも和洋の垣根を越えた味わいで、新たな発見でした。✨

休暇の日にこうしてゆっくりと作る料理は、心も体もリフレッシュさせてくれますね。✨

そして、次のネイルデザインへのインスピレーションを得る瞬間でもあり、全ての感覚が刺激されました。😊

Nail technician's day off 🎌

I decided to enjoy a homemade lunch. ✨

I put extra care into the broth compared to usual!

On weekdays, I can’t spend much time on cooking 🥣 for my family, so on holidays, I start from the broth! Japanese-style pasta! 🐟

The main star is clams.

I used plenty of fresh clams, and enjoyed a broth packed with umami. ✨

This aroma is just irresistible.

In addition, the Italian parsley and a squeeze of lemon 🍋 at the finish brighten up the entire pasta, making it even more delicious and refreshing. ✨

The umami of the clams and the tanginess of the lemon harmonized perfectly, resulting in a simple yet luxurious dish.

This combination, surprisingly, transcended the boundaries between Japanese and Western flavors, which was a new discovery for me. ✨

Cooking slowly like this on a day off really refreshes both body and mind. ✨

It is also the moment when I get inspiration for my next nail design, stimulating all of my senses. 😊
