ガパオはタイの伝統的な料理で、バジルや唐辛子、ガーリックの香りが食欲をそそります。🧄

今回は、新鮮なバジルをたっぷりと使い、ジューシーなひき肉と絶妙な調和をとれたと思います🥰

そのガパオを、大きめにカットした色とりどりの野菜の上にトッピングし、サラダとしてお皿に盛り付けることにしました。✨

この彩り豊かなサラダは、見た目にも美しく、食卓を華やかに演出してくれます。💗

新鮮な野菜のシャキシャキ感と、ガパオのスパイシーな味わいが絶妙にマッチして、一口ごとに幸せが広がります。✨

Tonight’s dinner was a special dish with Gapao, which the kids also love, as the main feature.
